We will host your website on our hosting provider's servers build specifically for the performance and security of your WordPress website. This allows us to have full control over the functionality, performance, and security of the server and your site.
If you signup for one of our Hosting Care Plans, we will be your first point of contact if anything goes wrong with your website. We will also provide training to assist you in using your website once the website has launched. Our Uptime monitoring service is an expedited service so you don't have to find out from colleagues or worse, your customers about issues with your site. With our monitoring service, we are notified immediately when the site is down.
When your site has been launched, we provide up to 30 days of support to ensure that all the bugs are squashed and you're feeling confident in using your website. If you signup for one of our Hosting Care Plans with support, we will be available for when you need updates to your website. Please note, that you don't have to have a Hosting Care Plan with support in order to have us assist with getting the site back up, should it go down due to updating plugins, themes, WordPress Core or if there is an error on the site.
